This pony... She doesn't make the sense... Somehow, the idea of a flying mailmare with crossed eyes doesn't sound particularity safe...

So, anyway, here is the first page in "Waiting for Season 3". It's going to be a very twitchy wait.

I also have a new picture up, that isn't an actual character, for once! I just put up one of the baddies that Koro will find himself beating the crap out of. And I just cannot get over how satisfying I got it to look! Check it out! (Think of the Imps from Doom on the "Nightmare" skill level)
http://lugbzurg.deviantart.com/art/Koro-Enemies-Bio-Sentry-298734563

Derpy Hooves graphics were mailed by Shachza for the rapid waving, Obtuselolcat for the cross-eyed squee, SpacePonies for the famed "I brought you a letter" pose, Kooner01 for the backward-facing stance, and Ookami 95 for the switchback. As for Pinkie Pie, they were from CPoftheFriendship for the spring-loaded stance, Juicy Cactus for the regularness that Pinkie usually strays away from, Vexorb for the little looking around as not being part of the conversation, and Trildar for the little "Oh, you silly" expression, which I can't quite tell if it's directed towards me or Derpy. Either way works fine. It may be both of us.

Hey, everyone! I'm back!

INB4 someone gets mad at me for not putting "everypony."

Sorry I haven't commented in a while, I was at Disneyworld. While there, I found out two of my best friends are bronies! *yay*

I found out on the first day, actually. We were in a group of 10 people, 3 chaperones and 7 students. While at a restaurant in Disneyworld, one student decided to put his (unused) silverware and napkin in his tea. Everyone laughed. While laughing, one of my friends says "That's Spike!" and pretends to honk his nose. I think you can guess what happened next.

I asked him, "Was that a reference?" He replies, "Yeah, it's a reference to this thing called Magic.mov."

"You watch that?"
"Yeah..."
"But it's weird, gross, and stupid!"
"That's why it's funny!"
"No, it's not. The actual show is better."
"You're a brony, too?"

Then, my second friend overheard our conversation, and quickly joined in. We talked about favorite ponies, villains, episodes, and songs, just to name a few topics.

Anyway, about the comic...

@AuraX: Eh, Sonic Chronicles has a lot of issues, chief among them being the control scheme and the inability to get rings from battles, which makes it hard to buy equipment, especially in New Game Plus, since rings don't reappear when you do this for some reason. Apparently, Bioware wasn't able to completely finish it before EA bought them and their contract with Sega ran out, so a lot of content had to be cut, and most of the music was just fan remixes from the internet. Not only that, but apparently someone at Sonic Team has gone out and said that Chronicles isn't canon, but I can't find anything backing that up.

I was merely making a comment on how Lugbzurg said that he had just finished the original Half-Life, and was now moving on to Half-Life 2, which, as we know, only had 2 of its episodes released, and it's unlikely that the 3rd one will.

I'll be honest, I liked sonic chronicles for what it is. While the music was... ugh, I enjoyed how well the RPG elements were handled with Sonic. Course, it was my first game in the series (Seriously), so it also holds that little place in my heart. It was also nice seeing the connection between Shadow and Omega, as well as seeing how everyone had developed while sonic was away. And Shade is a fantastic character, even if she can seem like an echidna equivalent of Blaze sometimes. The combo moves were smart when you thought about which characters were needed to pull them off. The alien races were also pretty nice, smart ideas. Unlike the black arms: "RARGH DESTROY EVERYTHING WITHOUT REASON WE'RE GENERIC RARGH". Sorry, just despise that damn Shadow game. Ugh, sonic characters shouldn't say damn!

But yes, I liked the variety of the few alien races there were, and it's nice to see Big back in a game. Because I'm one of the few characters that liked Big.

All that being said, I can see why people would dislike the game. I admit there were some flaws (Little content, last boss can easily be destroyed in one move, MUSIC), but I like it. And hey, it's hilarious to see Eggman wreck everything with spanners.

When I went over to a big videogame day thing, they had several Valve games, and I tried them out. I was immediately reminded on the company when I saw a TV spot for Portal 2. When I started looking online for Portal 2 stuff, I... found out what certain ponies looked like. Yeah...

There are plenty of things I still haven't tried, yet. Things like Metal Gear, Shadow of the Colossus, Devil May Cry, God of War, Grand Theft Auto, Assassins Creed, Fallout, BioShock, Silent Hill, Gears of War...

Maybe, Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing (along with the sequel) will raise enough attention for Sega to make Shenmue 3. And, I think the guy's name is "Ryo" or something. I'd like to know what's so iconic about his forklift. Reminds me of Solid Snake's cardboard box. Also, Serious Sam 3: BFE came for the 10th Anniversary of the series.

@Sabbo Again: Ultimate Spider-Man. A new animated series that has NOTHING to do with the excellent ADULT-themed comic series of the same name.

It's been Disneyfied. For the worse.

It feels like Phineas & Ferb mixed with Aaron Stone. Spider-Man is even more of an immature mess-up than ever, breaks the fourth wall constantly, and just starts up joining S.H.I.E.L.D. This was the exact opposite in tradition, in which SHIELD has pretty much wanted Spider-Man dead, who is constantly opposing them. Nick Fury has turned a complete 180 on his personality. He's so cheerful all the time, like he's Spider-Man's peppy-happy grandfather, and is just so full of nonsense. He just takes all the crap that Spider-Man throws at him and says nothing on the subject. Constant out-of-place anime and videogame effects are dropped in awkward places. No one seems to know what their place is or who they are, the writing is terrible, and, not to mention the fact that DR. KURT CONNORS HAS BOTH OF HIS ARMS!

Also, you can only have Spider-Man fall out of a jet, saying "awkward" so many times, and have all this tech go wrong for some stupid reason so many times before it becomes incredibly dry.

@Jarkes: Well, I think even that one had several flaws, but, they were dwarfed beyond all recognition compared to this new one. I'd say the best so far may have been the one in the 90s. That often seems to be the case, these days, isn't it?

There were seriously notes from executives that said, "When Spider-Man lands on a roof, make sure he does not land on any pigeons." Seriously. It had some other issues, as well. But it holds up fairly well. I, for one, think Spectacular is the best Spider-Man cartoon. Now, I'm sure there ARE flaws in that one, too, but I can't think of any right now. @Jarkes: Bit too lighthearted for Spider-Man, really. Not just the visual style, but, Spider-Man has always been built on some very hard, deep struggles. They really didn't do much about his Uncle Ben, did they? Doctor Octopus' origin was possibly the stupidest villain origin I've ever seen. Octavius is just minding his own business with a laser and walks up to it. The Green Goblin shows up out of nowhere, puts in the safety key, leaving Octavius trapped with the laser, which... Really didn't do anything. Then, when Norman tries to help the poor guy, he just gets all mad and decides he wants to be evil. Why? Nothing changed. He could've done this the moment he got those mechanical arms. Also, after that, there was this random break-up scene that had no context and made no sense. I mean, of all the reasons to break up, you choose... because some evil dude showed up and wrecked the park? Yeah, that explains everything. The version of Doctor Octopus and his origin we got in the Ultimate Spider-Man comics was fantastic. Take a look at it, sometime.

The show itself wasn't necessarily bad, but, it didn't live up to its true potential. It did have some good moments, though, like how the Green Goblin hid that bomb in the chandelier, or the episode with The Lizard. Peter's leaving the scene to change into Spider-Man could've been set up a lot better, but, other than that, it came out pretty well, with the party, and the sudden realization of what was going on, and how scared Dr. Conners' son was. Not to mention, the serum that was supposed to cleanse Human DNA of anything remotely animal-like. That came out really cool, especially how Spider-Man then took one for himself.

Well, another one of my friends found out I watched Friendship is Magic.

Thing is, it wasn't as happy as the other one I mentioned.

"I've had this song stuck in my head all day, and I can't get it out."
"My Little Pony? Oh, that's right. You don't watch My Little Pony. ...You don't, right?"
He gives me a slight stare.
"Well.."
"You like it?"
"I didn't say that."
"You hate it?"
"I didn't say that, either."
"You're neutral?"
"I didn't say that, either. I'm going to keep you in suspense!"
"Please, just tell me."
"Okay, fine. I've already told two of our other friends. ...Yes."
"Great, now I'm the only one in our group of friends that doesn't like the show... Now that you like it..."
"I've liked it since November. I just never told you because you never asked."
He groans.

Now, only one of my best friends doesn't know, not including my sister.

Oh, yeah. Two more things I wanted to tell you. First, I won't be able to comment on Sunday. I'm going to a wedding. Second, While visiting the high school for rookie band camp, I noticed a sign that said:
"RAINBOW DASH 2012
No One's Gonna Take Me Alive"

I don't get it.

@greenpowerstar: There's probably a few more people I ought to let in on the series and see what happens? (Like, watch the fireworks?)

Also, this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p5fdkgdhfZs

Now, as for this "No one's gonna take me alive" thing, it might be this.

...But with Rainbow Dash in it.
