Alright, you three. It's time to get serious! Enough stopping, let's keep walking 'till we get to... where were we going? "Sugarcube Corner", was it?

And thus, the immense Fluffle Puff saga has come to a close. And it was only 25% longer than the "Grimdark" scene!

And, just like SCORE, completely useless and full of platitudes...

What you need to run a successful business is freedom, a thousand dollars in start up money, a good Idea, and salesmanship. You don't have to be Horatio Alger, and a true professional doesn't really have any competition to speak of simply because they make good allies.

If you want to play Napoleon Hill or Yojimbo for a few dollars more that's your own choice.

@GabrielsThoughts: You remember what you said recently about "humans as the true monsters"?

Elfen Lied

Look it up. This is incredible.

To anyone else reading this, it's pretty R-rated stuff. The first six minutes of the animé contained the most intensely-graphic display of violence I've ever seen in my entire life. it also deals with a variety of other extremely-troublesome and touchy subject matter. From things as simple as segrigation down to "big-media-NOs" like child rape. And it does this all while focusing on an escaped artificial laboratory girl with a "Jeckel/Hide" complex, horns growing out of her head, and two-meter-long invisible vibrating arms of death.

Yep, that's animé for you!

@Lugbzurg: The funny thing is, I'm pretty sure the title of the series is a reference to something that the anime version of it has no trace of.

@greenpowerstar: Um... Everyone?

@Jarkes: It means "Elf Song". I haven't read the manga, but I doubt it includes elves.

What I do know is that there's a scene in which Kotah asks Nyu to find some water. So, she walks out of the room, breaks a few things offscren, and then returns with a slipper, thrusting it in his face as she says "nyu!" It's adorable!

Speaking of which, Elfen Lied has actually inspired a whole new manga into my head, which I'd like to get started on soon. So, you know what that means?
I might start another webcomic soon. And this time, it won't be fanfiction!

I plan on calling it "Gaiden Chain". It's narrative style is most... unique.

@greenpowerstar:

It requires contextual knowledge to connect the first panel to the second.

I was able to piece it together because I can appreciate words first then image. In this case it's the only way to follow the story. Because, as of late, the sequential art is making too many jump cuts, and the experimental leaps in design are out of place. I mean, look at the background of the third pannel.

Although, I can honestly admit words cannot describe what I'm thinking... Granted,of course, the whole thing is just one big mess.

However, we haven't crossed into "Avengers: Fear Itself" territory yet. Still, I'm sure it would been entertaining on screen, even if most of it would have wound up on the cutting room floor.

I just started running the first two "chapters" of Gaiden Chain through my head. I really ought to start drawing the protagonist soon. Gonna need a good general design for everything that's gonna happen.

Still, any clues to help me come up with a symbolic representation of nonsense or phobia would expedite the apocalypse series.

I have two years worth of undocumented pony fantasy/drama comic in my head. It's really epic, at least in my head. It even has airships and stuff.

It's also killing me sometimes to know that the idea will never get realized whatsoever.

Let's see, I realise you probably aren't interested in what I'm packing but I have alot of eighth generation software.

Flash 8

Crazytalk 8

Poser 8

Maya 8

Sony Vegas 8

Photoshop elements 4.0

and it goes without saying that I have illustrator, and after effects.

I have assorted architecture programs as well as The Sims 1,2,3, Activisions's The Movies and other assorted games and expansion packs that would allow me to make a speedy Machinima movie. At worst I can replicate an episode of "Game Over." and no doubt make something comprable to 'Red vs Blue.'

So, major fail in SoulSilver just now... I beat Clair on my first try (a very difficult thing to do) and then headed into the Dragon's Den. I had made the Shiny Gyarados an HM Slave, only to discover that the trainers in there still had Dragon-types, and the Gyarados didn't have Ice Fang yet. So I reset the game to put my Feraligatr on my team... only to discover that I HAD FORGOTTEN TO SAVE AFTER BEATING CLAIR. And Clair is by far the toughest Gym Leader in Johto with that damn Kingdra of hers... It's weird too; I'm normally very diligent about saving after doing something big.
