"Basement Laboratory?" Yes, Twilight has a laboratory in her basement. Or at least according to the Double Rainboom background archives I acquired a while back.

On the subject of Double Rainboom.

It was meh.

Edit: Just noticed how bad my avatar looks on this comic layout. Dear lord.

@Kurona:

I don't know, I kinda thought "Double Rainboom" was a good, if not believable, episode of the Power Puff Girls.

I have an advantage in that I haven't seen more than six or seven episodes of Friendship Is Magic (most of which I consider either annoying or bad).

From my personal point of view it was impressive. Especially since it was a senior project. Those things are all kinds of bad luck. I wouldn't be surprised if the producer lost part of his soul durring the production.

Although, I think of the movie "HOP" as a senor project as well, and remain convinced that with enough money there are always more options and resources available to you.

Theoretically, you can better identify and afford more competent, not to mention talented, teachers and staff.

You can bribe and influence people. And, you probably have unconscious use of persuasion strategies that dont require authority, trust, or faith, to be established before hand.

As someone who, shamefully, has not seen Powerpuff Girls, I cannot judge it on such merits. Especially as it was supposed to be an MLP fan episode, and was advertised as such.

... I enjoyed the cameos of Animated Optimus and Prime Optimus, mind.

I got the complete first season of the Power Puff Girls for a dollar. Best dollar I ever spent too. Especially entertaining, given that I had lowered expectations.

Ironically enough, I saw the movie after blockbuster charged me late fees for renting it, even though I hadn't rented it. So after I cleared up the matter by eating the charge I decided to watch it and was pleasantly surprised.

Blockbuster, on the other hand, permanently lost me as a customer.

@Lugbzurg: It's some fan animation about a blind pegasus who lived before Luna became Nightmare Moon and created the first snowflake. It honestly sounds to me like your typical "inspirationally disadvantged" BS, which is another reason I have trouble watching it.

I have to be honest when I read "inspirationally disadvantaged" I think about that commercial with all the kids playing "Rock and roll" with computer tablets and smart phones as the dad wanders in with a frying pan and a wooden spoon.

I can identify with the man holding the frying pan and a wooden spoon. He was flipping awesome. I couldn't help but think we need more people with that kind of imagination in this world. And, let's be honest, cooking is potentially therapeutic and artistically rewarding as well.

So, I'm close to beating Final Fantasy V Advance... Right now, I'm trying to beat the optional superboss, Shinryu. ...It's not going so well. I DID manage to beat the other optional superboss, Omega, though. But Omega can be beaten fairly quickly with the Thundaga Spellblade+Dual Wield+Rapid Fire combo. Shinryu has no such easy trick to beat him.

EDIT: Aaaand I finally beat him. Turns out there is one thing you can do, though the fight is still difficult: Cast Berserk on Shinryu and keep summoning Golem. Your summoner will have to summon it every turn, but if you're lucky (which I was), Shinryu will eventually fall. ...When he finally fell to my party, I ran around the room screaming like a madman. Now for the final boss! ...Who is apparently one of the most difficult final bosses in the entire series...

...Crap.

@Lugbzurg: No. As far as I can tell, "Equestria Girls" won't have all that much to do with FiM. Once the movie comes out, if it's good, that's great, but if it's a trainwreck (which is looking more and more likely), we can just ignore it. And if it's a trainwreck, we likely won't get a whole series out of it, which means we can ignore it even further.

But really, it's sad when most fanart humanizations look better than the official ones...

I can't comment either way I haven't really watched the show. Ironically enough, if this gets into theaters I suspect it would get the same reactions as "double rainboom."

I'm almost positive the show already jumped the shark at this point. The proof is in the production depicted in the picture.

I just beat Final Fantasy V Advance... I even managed to keep all the characters alive at the end of the battle. In case you're wondering why that's significant, if any characters are knocked out, the ending changes a bit. Those characters actually DIE, though, as befitting the game's nature as a lighter and softer installment, they get resurrected at the very end anyway. Even so, I wanted to see the best ending... and I did!

I'm debating whether or not I want to do the GBA-exclusive bonus dungeon, the Sealed Temple. From what I understand, it's far more difficult than the main game, and the main game is already one of the hardest games in the series, if not THE hardest game.

We need more details about your crush. There are millions of young animated characters who are witches.

Plus, your definition of "short," leaves a lot to be desired.

The fact is, the details were as vague as a man itching on a harry tree.

I have no idea what the tree looks like even if I suspect the man was Elvis or the Onceler.

Just as you wouldn't be aware if the tree was ripe with Mango or Truffula seeds.

You know guys.

I'm ok with this.

I honestly don't see the problem. The biggest problem many seem to have with it seems akin to the 'TRUKK NOT MUNKY' phase the Transformers fandom went through, when Hasbro resurrected Transformers in the form of Beast Wars. In which, instead of making Optimus a truck like in the original cartoon and toyline, they made him a gorilla. GASP, HOW DARE THEY. HERESY HERESY AN INSULT TO THE FRANCHISE.

Good point, ALIEN NOT PONY!!!

Actually, I will support anything that undermines it's own franchise as long as it isn't brainwashing children. I really don't care if they manipulate their audience but I draw the line at programing social inequality and then further justifying it. Inducting children into behaving malevolently under the guise of benevolence is wrong.

It's TICO AND THE GOLDEN WINGS.

LOOK UP TICO AND THE GOLDEN WINGS.
