Y'know... for being Jesus and all, you can be awfully stupid sometimes.

@Kurona: You have me confused with someone else. Have you been watching The Nostalgia Critic? You must be thinking of Freddie Highmore.

@Lugbzurg:
Strangely enough, I have been watching a lot of NC lately.
But I don't see how that has to do with anything.

Also I wasn't talking about you

Awe, now I have to read "Jesus Chronicles" to understand what Kurona is talking about.

Also, lol. First time in a while.

@Kurona:

Yes you were, the avatar of LugZ and LugZ are the same entity... only one is in Equestria at the moment and the other is hopefully present within the realm of people.

Ah, you don't have to read much to understand. You just have to know that the hedgehog Lug plays Jesus in it.

... wait, they're self-inserts?
... oh. Oh dear.

@Kurona: I've actually grown tired of self-inserts. My next comic has nothing to do with any characterization of myself. In fact, it's supposed to be an entirely original work. Hand-drawn, too. I'm finally moving on.

@Lugbzurg:

Figure drawing wise I can recommend a couple of books. Wouldn't want to help you with the design of facial features, since those are some of the more distinctive qualities of art, but Facial expressions, body language, and body types are essential.

If you're interested there's always getting in shape by bob anderson, clip art and tattoo bibles, feelings facial expression card games, and "action words" cards that are great for base work.

Plus, look into the origins of composite imaging, I'm sure you'll be surprised.

I, of course, took the harder route of reading books by Paul Ekman and purchasing reference books.

Plus, shockingly, comics like Ctrl+Alt+Del are all cut and paste of base parts. Not unlike what you're doing with pony creator...

in case anyone was curious.... the horse depiction of Jesus should have chestnut hair and blue or grey eyes.

...By the way, is it true that Sonic Lost World, with its cylindrical pathways and whatnot, is basically what Sonic Xtreme would've been had that game ever been completed?
