I'm seriously going to need a painkiller after all this nonsense. It will be my doom.

@Jarkes:
I think it's an allegory to Clever Hans, not to be confused with Neighbor Hans, or Little Hans.

See, there was this horse that was trained by a math professor to read body language. Which, wasn't nearly as impressive as its ability to solve math equations... Anyway, turns out the horse's answers were being coached by the math professor and the horse couldn't really put two and two together without assistance.

So, because the horse was a cheater, cheater, pumpkin eater, orthodox science can deny the existence of any paranormal abilities that animals seem to possess, like telepathy, precognition, a sense of direction... or anything that would imply the animal has a soul. Although, to be fair, I have no idea where this story is going at the moment. While my intuition tells me this is a filler comic, and that next week we might see a continuation of the regular storyline, only time will tell if my cold reading bears any fruit.

@GabrielsThoughts: ...I'm gonna miss your wonderfully bizarre comments when this comic is over, since I probably won't encounter you on any of the other comics I read on Smackjeeves...

@Jarkes: There are ways around that. My comic making might start up again at some point within the next three years. I like to plan ahead and I've spent the last three years grinding my personal skill set. >:D

I've already started working on a machinima version of Sick Puppies Sniffing Glue. I've started reading graphic novels again, and eventually I'll have the computer skills of a systems administrator if not software engineer.

Granted, I'm still less than a $1000 dollars away from starting a photography booth, but a majority of that cost is the equipment itself so you know I've been busy.

@Jarkes: I will be making more comics. Maybe he'll show up there. Hopefully, they can be taken much more seriously than this one when it attempts to be serious. 'Cause this comic's getting to be like an old snake skin in terms of drama.

@Lugbzurg:
Probably not if Fiora is presently moderating. My idea of respect and hers are on different wavelengths. I see respect as an admiration of another's empathy and a commitment to a code of honor that includes tolerance in addition to tradition. I suspect her viewpoint of respect has more to do with fear and social rank. As an egalitarian I endeavor to treat all parties equally regardless of social rank, age, or stigma.

As much as I would like to say I dislike violence and people who use violence and emotional blackmail to make others compliant through coercion, manipulation, and undue pressure, it's not easy to remain objective if you are intolerant. Plus, everyone is fearful, greedy, and stingy at times, and I can see using it as a negotiating tool. After all, it's tradition, that makes it okay...

@Lugbzurg: Wait, that was specifically a Matrix parody? I thought it was just a dream sequence...
